Willkommen bei Claußen Honig & Mehr !

Wir, Jana und Felix Claußen, sind Imker in der 5. Generation und führen unsere Familienimkerei mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe weiter. Seit 1923 pflegen wir die Tradition der Bienenhaltung mitten im wunderschönen Schleswig-Holstein und bieten Dir eine Vielfalt an hochwertigen Honigsorten sowie Produkte aus Bienenwachs, Pollen und Propolis.

In unserer Imkerei legen wir besonderen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und arbeiten plastikfrei. Unser Honig wird schonend verarbeitet – direkt aus der Schleuder ins Glas, ohne Erhitzen oder andere Behandlungsmethoden, damit der natürliche Geschmack und die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe erhalten bleiben.

Unsere Bienenstände befinden sich bevorzugt auf Bio- oder Demeter-Betrieben oder in naturbelassenen Regionen mit geringer Umweltbelastung. So können wir Dir reinen, unverfälschten Honig anbieten, der die Vielfalt und Reinheit der Natur widerspiegelt.

Wir bieten eine Vielfalt an Honigprodukten, darunter Honigsenf, Bienenwachskerzen und Honigpralinen, die mit Liebe und Sorgfalt hergestellt werden.
